Structure
Feeder: special developed for the jam, air blowing from both front and side way ensure the sheet feeding one by one without doubleton and easy operation .
Side pull: difference from others, sheets go right to the side lay when feeding and complete web-guid automatically,ensure the precision in next cutting part.
Up and down double layer transpiration design, two collecting parts, speed is about 3000 sheets/hour
Using special slitting structure with point-connection way so that the slitting precision can be achieved ±0.2mm
Cards transferred by up and down O-bolts ,Collecting card by unique fish scales way and servo delivery part assure the sequence of cards without missing .Directly transported into the corner cutting system .
Controlled by PLC system, which ensures auto die-cutting of single or double cards
Double-sides jogger ensures the high precision which makes the waste edge is cut only within 0.75mm
Adopt SIMENS brand oil pump and all of hydraulic components are supplied by the domestic famous brand HUADE
All pneumatic components are supplied by SMC of Japan, which ensure the machine runs stably, reliably as well as safely with high speed
The waste edge can be collect by fans, ensures clear sites
Function Feature
1. High Efficiency
•Unique up and down layer card conveying tunnels with two collation parts makes the speed can reach up to 3000 sheets/hour.
•Collecting and servo delivery part assure the sequence of cards without missing .Then the cards transported in sequence to be corner punched
2. High stability
•All the key steel parts such as machine walls, cams etc use high grade steel and processed by CNC Lathe
• High speed running parts such as shafts, rollers are made by high grade steel quenched and dynamic balance tested to make sure the stability when running at high speed.
•Motors, belts, chains and so on are well-known brand in domestic and abroad. Bearings are mostly from C&U Group with key bearings from NSK
•Pneumatic parts are from SMC-Japan
•Electric parts are Omron, Schneider, IDEC, and Delta etc

•Unique positioning correction system provides a larger correction rang and easier adjustment.

•This machine can not only be used for cards slitting and collation, it can also be connected with our photoelectric checking machine and wrapping machine to form a production line. This line can realize cutting, corner punching, inspection and wrapping in one line -- saving lots of employees and increase the working efficiency.
5. Safe and easy operation
•PLC control together with man-machine interface will display the operation status, malfunction and diagnose and operation requirement. All the settings are displayed in the screen and changed by the function button according to instruction in the man-machine interface
•Many sensors and safe device are equipped with the machine to make sure the machine run well and safety. All the malfunctions will be displayed in the screen for easy problem elimination.

Installation Requirement
- Installation areas: Length*Width 6220*6330 mm Training, installation and debugging:
- Seller in charge of installation, debugging and training in the buyer's factory. However the days used should be generally no more than seven daysThe buyer should try to help as much as they can while the supplier's engineer is debugging the machine by providing enough workers, powers, tools and some necessary documents or papers.
