Key Features
1.Product yield rate can reached 98%.
2.Patent design of 90° folding knife, which can press the carton to make it running smoothly and ensure the folding line straightly. When do different thickness of carton, no need to change the height of folding knife.
3.Order saving function, machine can store the carton size and adjust automatically, the operator need to do some fine adjustment and 5-8 minutes to change a new order.
4.Arm and frame is more thick with extra supporting shaft and sliding rail, Which has the features machine without shake and more stable.

Features by Parts:
Feeding Unit:
1.Adopt 8 pieces of high quality rubber vacuum belt, adjust the side lay and front lay automatically with order saving function, the left side lay is pneumatically, stocking and automatic input to ensure the efficiency of feeding.
2.Special design makes the adjustment simply, quickly and precisely. Pneumatic side regulation, paper feed baffle and belt are separately operated, which make the order change easy.
Gluing Unit:1.The gluing width is 25mm/35 mm-gluing from bottom side.
2.The glue box can be moved left or right according to the requirement of the corrugated board.
3.The gluing amount can be adjusted.
4.The glue box is made of stainless steel-big contain and easy for cleaning.
Folding Unit
1.It uses high friction belt. The folding speed is controlled by frequency converter which can be controlled separately and synchronized with the main motor.
2.Motor driven for order change adjustment-fast and convenient.
3.Re-creasing roller, re-creasing knife, side roller and flapping plate can eliminate the fish tail effectively. The re-creasing knife adopts new design and structure which makes the carton folding straight and perfect.
4.Arm and frame is more thick with extra supporting shaft and sliding rail, Which has the features machine without shake and more stable. The beam is machined by lathe for steel plate, which is flatter and straighter.
Automatic Adjusting Function
Re-design and structure of support wheels, electric control and motor driving make the adjustment fast and convenient, suit for different thickness corrugated board.Motor and encoder make the adjustment easy and convenient, the operator can save the sheet data though touch screen.
Stacking and Counting Unit
1.The Flapping Plate can help to reduce the fish tail phenomenon.
2.The pile number can be set at 10, 15, 20 and 25.
3.Paper pressing front and back direction,pressing belt up and down direction,sun wheel front and back direction with electric adjustment.
