SD-5.5 Manual eyeleting machine is mainly used to make the eyelet on paper bags, paper boxes, envelop, paper tag, shoes, clothes and so on.

This machine can realize the continuous eyelet feeding automatically. It is possible to make the installing, eyeleting, reversing action in one machine and easy to operate. The edge of eyelet after punching with quality of even, rounded and good looking. Also the locking force is strong and it is not easy to tear down.

• Features in detail

i. Easy to operate. With the help of ruler, workers can operate this machine in a high efficiency.
The locking knob makes it easy to change the paper bag size, and the max. longitudinal direction    is 165mm.


 
ii. Unique Nylon block can protect the machine from knocking on the machine body, avoiding noise and ensuring a longer service life at the same time.


iii. The material of the guide rail is #45 steel which is with good tenacity.
We adopt manganese steel in 60 shore to make the up and down molds, they can service us for about 3 years on the condition that it works everyday.


iv. The brush installed in the inside of the funnel cooperates with the upper unique design makes the eyelet goes down in order and smoothly.


v. The material of the machine body is cast iron, this makes the machine more stable and strong.
vi. The unique design on the foundation makes it  suit to most of the paper bag. The max. Length of this inter space is 165mm, if you have the demand to lengthen it, please inform us in advance.

vii.  The adjust bolt on the handle is used to adjust the forming height of the eyelet, as you know the height is different between the paper tag and the envelop, you can adjust this bolt to meet your requirement.

viii. The bellow device cover on the down model can make it easy to move out the finished working. #65 manganese steel is used to make this part.

ix. The rubber block under the foundation ensure the stability of the machine, it can also reduce the noise when it is working.

x. Necessary lubrication is needed, grease is perfect.
