General Introduction:
XLMY1080 Automatic die-cutting and creasing machine can process both sheet-fed and cardboard, it is mainly used for die-cutting, creasing and cold embossing of the carton box or label in packaging industry. The die cutting way is platen. It is the most ideal post-printing machine for packaging and decoration industry. The machine realizes fully automatic feeding, die cutting and delivery and applies "man-machine interface" to show the machine's working speed, processing number, total operation time and working state of the machine. It is easy to eliminate trouble according to the input point ,output point and various fault state monitoring of the PLC. The electric CAM of encoder and programmable controller is more reliable and easy to adjust. The main motor is controlled by frequency converter ,which can do stepless speed change, low noise, energy saving. High pressure, high precision, sensors and safety devices are provided to guarantee the normal operation and the safety to operator.
Features by parts:
Paper Feeder Section1.The main and assistant paper feeding device realize the non-stop paper feeding.
2.Using the unique design of feeder head, realizes continuous paper feeding with different thickness and different qualities.
3.It adopts lifted paper frame and easy to operate.
4.Unique double-sheet controller, effective control of double-sheet, reduce waste.
5.Adopt proximity switch in front lay and optoelectronic switch in side lay to detect the position of the paper and avoid the waste. Flexible and convenient.
6.Adopt handwheel on feeding platform to adjust the feeding time to match the die-cutting time.
7.It is equipped with the right and left side lays which has two functions of pushing and pulling. The position and pressure of the side lay can be adjusted according to the dimensions and thickness of the paper.
8.Adopt high device in the position of the paper head to protect the paper head.
9.Adopt the handwheel on the side of the paper feeder to adjust the position of the side lay, in order to determine the position of the paper pile.
Die-cutting
1.Adopt the worm wheel and worm shaft, running stable,high die-cutting and long working life.
2.Adopt the 230º moving Angle intermittent structure to ensure the machine running smoothly, low noise and long life.
3.The die cutting frame is specially designed for mounting the fixed die cutting plate, and its fast fixed device is suitable for easy installation of different size die cutting plate.
4.Die cutting plate is installed on the machine with precise positioning structure and is easy to lock, loose. The operator can overturn the plate by pulling out and pushing in the two plate supports ,so as to achieve the purpose of free change and adjustment.
5.The positioning system effectively relocates the front and side of the paper and makes its position more accurate and the die cutting precision more higher.
6.The steel plate chooses high rigidity, high elastic material, resistance to deformation, durable. Its positioning device effectively guarantees accurate positioning.
Delivery Section
1.Automatic paper collecting is realized.
2.To guarantee the continuous collection, when the paper pile reaches a certain height, the paper plate shall be inserted into the paper pile, and the paper collection can be finished.
3.Adopt side paper and back paper device to ensure the paper brush and paper rolling device to avoid paper jitter and loose plate, the position of each device can be adjusted to different layout.
Electric Control Section
