Product Intruction
QYHX-3300B high speed double pieces folder gluer can do double AA, double AB and single piece carton gluing and forming. This machine can replace traditional manual work, and benefit by its specific working method, it can increase the production capacity and quality effectively.
Main features
Machine adopts frequency speed control, PLC central control and analog digital conversion devices, cooperate with high speed servo motors that make movement control more accurately.
Machine has independent sheet feeding system and equipped with strong vacuum suction air fan that can feed both double pieces and single piece sheet, two servo motors provide the feeding power
Sheet can be glued while running and positioning, accurate and fast.

Main parts introduction
Feeding unit
Double sheet feeding unit and both sides have servo motors to control the feeding belts, the two pieces sheets can be feed independently or synchronously.
Two sets of air vacuum fan provide the suction pressure of feeding, two photoelectric detect the feeding motions in case of shortage.
Gluing unitCeramic heating rod with features of heating fast and evenly, antioxidant and long life span. Double glue tank, one cold glue and one hot glue ensuring paste strength even in extreme environment.
Aligning unitFour directions registration with high precision, including front lay, two side lay.
Two servo motors aligning the two pieces of sheets, to make the aligning fast and accurate.
Folding unitThere are three working sections, the worker can take the sheet and fold easily.
Electric componentsThe operator only need to input the sheet size, machine will move to it's correct position automatically.
Other functionsSpecial shape of front lay can equip on the machine to do some special sheet.
Two pieces of supporting wheel bar suit for big size sheet.
