     Feeder Part
      

    1.Double-feeding: it could feed AA sheets or AB sheets with automatic lifting.

     2.The brush and blower avoid double sheets and keep normal feeding and gluing.                                       
     Conveying part

    The perfect combination of the belt conveying with position bar and balls ensure the sheets go stability.

1. Machine with adjustable gluing system which can keep the volume and dynamic of glue.
2. Even roller uses copper material with the features of heating fast. Glue roller uses stainless steel material with long life span. Min glue volume is 0.01-0.03mm.
3. It can use jelly glue or cold glue. Machine use with hot melt material, which avoid problem of shrink and go moldy, promise the hardness of board to avoid waste and cut the cost. Machine use cold glue, which the cost of cold glue is moderate.
4. Jelly glue system: glue temperature can be adjusted by temperature controller for easy operation and saving energy. Machine adopts circulate hot water cleaning system the machine with five minutes.

    5.Glue pump uses corrosion resisting and thermostatic copper gear with the features of heating well, stable and long life span

      6.Transmission gear uses connecting rod and gear with stability.

             

      7.Frequency converter control glue pump glue roller and conveyor belt with adjustable speed control.
