2. Main Features:
1) High unified control system: the operator can input the paper and box size through computer, and machine adjustment will be changed automatically.
2) Box positioning system equip with high-resolution camera and high sensitive 4-axle robot arm, the positioning accurate can reach ±0.2mm.
3. Face paper unit
a. Face paper feeding
The machine adopts back-pushing method to feed paper board. The movements is controlled by the cylinder, with features of simple structure and low malfunction rate. Pneumatic element adopts the Japan cylinder with longer service life.
b. Face paper conveying
Face paper side lay and delivering side lay can be adjusted in one step, it is more easy to operate. Ultrasonic detecting device can detect the double-sheet phenomenon effectively and make the machine stop moving in time.
c. Face paper gluing
1) New-type copper scraper can avoid the curling of face paper effectively.
2) Fluted feeding roller makes it possible to reduce the gluing area which can lower the rejection rate.
3) Glue tank and glue barrel are all adopt the double-deck structure, hot water can help to keep the temperature allowing the temperature can be controlled.
4) Temperature controller for hot melt glue and the displayer are installed on the control panel together, this can allow the worker knowing the change of temperature at any time.
4. Corner pasting unit
a. Board feeding
Belt feeding conveyor adopts high anti-friction well know material which make sure long life span.
b. Corner pasting
1) Heating system adopt Germany brand PTC heater with the features of low power consumption(18w/p*4p) and faster heating up (five minutes).
2) Air cylinder and magnetic valve uses Taiwan AIRTAC brand, Working times (2000km)
according to the cylinder journey30m and 8000 times per day
3) The length of tape can be adjusted on touch screen to input data with the features of convenient operation.
c. Box conveying
Machine working and Conveying speed coincident with production line, photoelectric detecting the box and side push lay for aligning.
5. Box positioning Unit
a. Face paper detecting and box positioning
1) Two sets of high resolution cameras(5 million pixel) detecting the face paper, the operator can select any two corners for positioning.
2) 4 axles robot arm can achieve x, y and z axis spatial positioning, and the precision is ±0.2mm.
b. Human-machine control system
Windows operation system, easy operation and learning. The operator can store and named different 200 orders, quick search functions is quite convenient for call out.

Left and right box carrying arm adopts two servo motors for driving, the maximum forming speed can reach 20 pieces in one minute.
8. Box forming unit
Automatically adjust the mold can greatly reduces the labor intensity and saves operation time. Change the order just input the product's length, width and height, the machine will automatically adjust according to the input size.
9. Other Configuration
1) Negative pressure detector can monitor the missing suction phenomenon effectively and make the machine stop working in time.
2) Each moving part is equipped with limited switch, this can avoid hurting and malfunction effectively.
