Main Features
1.Machine parts manufactured by CNC lathe with high precision resulting in little vibration and long service life.
2.20mm thickness steel wall dealt with computer control aligning and 5mm thickness square foundation pipe makes the machine strong and solid.
3.The roller are made by 12mm thickness seamless steel pipe which are grinded, balance tested and chromed, ensuring roller vibration less than 0.03 mm.
4.Four parts correction together with differential belt correction parts eliminates the fish tail problem effectively.
Features by Parts:
Feeding Unit:
1.Adopt high quality rubber vacuum belt(8 pieces), stocking and automatic input to ensure the efficiency of feeding.
2.Special design makes the adjustment simply, quickly and precisely. Pneumatic side regulation, paper feed baffle and belt are separately operated, which make the order change easy, the wide adjustment of side lay and paper feed baffle are motorized and storable.
Gluing Unit:
1.The gluing width is 25mm/35 mm-gluing from bottom side.
2.The glue box can be moved left or right according to the requirement of the corrugated board.
3.The gluing amount can be adjusted.
4.The glue box is made of stainless steel-big contain and easy for cleaning.
Folding Unit
1.It uses high friction belt. The folding speed is controlled by frequency converter which can be controlled separately and synchronized with the main motor.
2.Patent design of 90°angle folding knife can make the carton folding precisely.
3.Electric control, encoder and motor driving make the adjustment fast and convenient, suit for different thickness corrugated board.
4.Re-creasing roller, re-creasing knife, side roller and flapping plate can eliminate the fish tail effectively. The re-creasing knife adopts new design and structure which makes the carton folding straight and perfect.
5.Vacuum suction design in folding unit can increase the machine speed but make the sheet running smoothly and the folding precisely.
6.Patent design of pressing wheels can ensure the sheet folding smoothly, also these wheel can squeeze the folded edge to reduce the stress of carton. The adjustment of the wheels are controlled by motor.7.Black pressing wheels and steel pressing wheels can square the folded carton to eliminate the fish tail, the edge pressing roller can press the folded edge of carton to reduce the stress while squaring.
Automatic Adjusting Function
The encoder and motor combination can achieve order storable function and automatic adjustment function, which make the machine operation fast and convenient.
Stacking and Counting Unit1.The speed and production yield can be displayed on the top of machine, the stacking quantity can set 10, 15, 20, 25 pieces or customized number.
2.The falling method stacking cooperate with servo motor output can achieve stable and smooth carton stacking, it will not scratch the surface of carton and align the carton effectively.3.The speed of up and down belts are different to correct the deflection of folded carton.
4.Double air blowing pipe can ensure the carton falling into the straight aligning plate fast and balance, the pasted flap parts will connect stably and cartons be aligned to eliminate fish tail phenomenon.
5.The servo motor control the forks to stack the cartons, when the quantity reach the set numbers, one carton pile will be output from the bottom.
6.The servo motor drive the output belts moving up and down and the height is controllable, so the stacking unit can connect with different height of bundling machine.
Control Panel
Reasonable location of control panels are convenient to adjust the machine and reduce the order change time, the touch screen can achieve man-machine interaction and make operation easy.

Installation Requirement
1.Installation areas:Length × Width : 17000×4200mm
2.Training, installation and debugging
3.Seller will send one engineer for installation, debugging and training in the buyer's factory. However the days used should be generally no more than seven days.
4.The buyer should try to help as much as they can while the supplier's engineer is debugging the machine by providing enough workers, powers, tools and some necessary documents or papers.
