. Main Features

III. Features by parts
A. Down Stirring Cabin;
The unique stirring rulers and arc bottom design makes the down stirred even and almost no dead corner.
B.Weighing box
It adopts world-wide known weighing sensor, intelligent weighing, high accuracy.
The inner side of the weighing box is anti-static coated to avoid down stuck to the weight wall.
C. Down discharging barrel
Speed up to 1600-2500 grids per hour- high efficiency .
D. Long life pedals
Pedal is available for about 5 million times. The right pedal is a filling pedal, the left one is a supplemental
Pedal. If the touch screen shows there are residual down in the weighing box due to parameter settings and other reasons after down-filling finished, step down the left pedal to complete the entire filling operation.
E. Touch screen
Touch screen-man-machine interface display makes down filling more simple and efficient. Orders or data can be easily saved and amended. It can also makes the operator read weighing data timely to correct weight differences.
F. High frequency valve
The frequency of Ordinary solenoid valve is 0.05 seconds, but high frequency valve can reach 0.02 and 0.03 seconds, which provides a higher operating frequency and improve working efficiency.
G. Control Cabin:
It adopts world -wide known brand of electrical appliances with less malfunction rate. The protective devices were installed at the same time. When the current is too high, thermal relay can effectively protect the motor, solid-state relay can effectively protect the PLC and enlong its life span.
H. Down recycling system
Down recycling system can save production cost.
