Features of the machine:

The machine is suitable for board and box folding and gluing .Achieving the combination automatic with manual including feeding ,film ,polishing,folding and gluing . Main gluing the bottom and side of box .Easy operation and high efficiency .

Machine Structure:

Feeding part

The belt are adopt the rubber belt with holes with stability conveyor .Feeding shaft is made in thick wall steel pipe ensure the concentricity. The surface of the shaft supply special parkerising handle without susting after long time use
The method of feeding is main adpot belt conveyor with help of both sides board and back board.
Conveying part The conveyor part is adopt PVC green belt with pressing roller ,photoelectric sensor .Machine stop running when the sheets pass the sensor ,after operator move off the sheets the machine restart .
Gluing part The gluing box is adopted the steelless ,could adjusting the gluing capacity
Gluing roller could be customized ,it has 8mm ,12mm and 20mm
Gluing box wihtout maintance .Could use the wet towel cover it and reduce oxidation .If long time no used ,please get off the gluer and add engoug water then cover with wet towel
Pressing part The pressing parts is adopted up and down belts .Inside inculding thick steel pipe ,the speed of pressing could be adjust through the electic button .
Polishing part The machine could be polishing with UV coating and flim box
Method :the speed could be 2800 circle per minutes ,when the box through the machine could deal with the surface of the box .
