SJ-A series Semi automatic flute laminator consists of face paper conveying section, bottom paper conveying section, cyclic gluing section Front lay position section Pre pressing shaping section and pressing section. It suits to laminate the printed paper to the corrugated board or cardboard which is thicker than 350gsm, with features of high precision and high speed. It is the ideal laminating machine for all kinds of packaging company domestic and overseas.

8. The face paper table adopts the combination of reinforced steel beam and solid wood flat, with the feature of surface leveling and heavy weight endurance.

 

1. The face paper transport mechanism adopts two imported PVC belt and special paper feeding wheel to ensure that the paper does not slip at high speed and high efficiency, and the thick and thin paper can be transported. At the same time, it is equipped with anti-warping device, which ensures that the paper is always smooth during the transport.
2. The bottom vacuum suction mechanism adopts the combination of the imported Perforated belt and vacuum high pressure air to ensure that all kinds of paper can be transported, and the suction adopts electromagnetic induction device, which is more convenient and quick to convert.
3. The bottom paper transport adopts the independent servo motor and the synchronous belt to transport,  which ensures the high precision feeding at the same time realizes the low failure rate.
4. The auto glue recycle system adopts imported glue pump which can ensure that the glue level is always in the best condition, realize the automatic recycling and use, and effectively reduce the cost of glue.
5. Gluing roller wheel group and glue recycle device are made of stainless steel material, so that the machine will never corrode in the process of long-term use;
6. The gluing roller wheel group adopts medium height and anilox design to ensure that the coating is more uniform and stick is more strong at the same time of small quantity glue.
7. Front lay position mechanism adopts spring front lay with automatic position and no need to be adjusted when paper changes.
