General introduction
The automatic folder gluer is composed of four units: feeding unit, folding unit, stacking unit and the electrical control unit, which can realize automatic paper feeding, automatic gluing, automatic folding, automatic registration, automatic stitching, automatic stacking output and other functions. Suit for A, B, C, AB, AC, BC, BE corrugated board, three-layer, five-layer corrugated board.
Features by Parts:
Feeding part
1.Adopt 12 pieces vacuum belt feeding the paper, which is accurate and reliable.
2.The main motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation with low noise, and the speed regulation is flexible and stable.
3.Adopt high-end electromagnetic clutch brake system, so that the paper feeding structure can be controlled separately, and the operation is simple and convenient.
4.The front baffle and feeding belt of the feeding unit can be adjusted left and right, and the front paper feeding structure can be adjusted electrically, which is convenient and quick to meet the carton requirement with corresponding specifications.
5.The gluing adopts knurling wheel from bottom side. The gluing is even without leakage, saving glue. The gluing speed of the gluing wheel is synchronized with that of the main machine, which reduces the friction between the gluing wheel and the corrugated board and prolongs the service life of the gluing wheel.
6.It is equipped with a glue pump for circulating glue.
Folding uint
1.Separate power, frequency conversion speed regulation.
2.It uses high-friction belt, automatically folding, which effectively avoids the fish tail problem caused by the different thickness of the paperboard or the difference in the tightness of the belts on both sides.3.The pressure rollers from big to small, it is not easy to crush the paper and make sure the good folding effect.
4.Three group of patent design of 90°angle folding knife can make the carton folding precisely. 5.
Arm and frame is more thick with extra supporting shaft and sliding rail, it makes the machine running stably in high speed which can ensure the folding precisely.
6.Vacuum suction design in folding unit can increase the folding stability and precisely, make the sheet running smoothly.
7.The folding unit is equipped with the paperboard correction device and an creasing correction device, which can effectively compensate and correct the phenomenon that the folding line is not in place in the slotting process and avoid the fish tail phenomenon.
8.The maximum folding speed is 115m/min.
Sheet Separation and Registration Unit
1.Our unique design of sheet side lay and speed disparity unit can connect with other automatic folder gluer.
2.When choose stitching mode, there has two servo motors control the sheet aligning actions, secondary compensation and correction system eliminates fish tails phenomenon.
Stitching Unit
1.Adopts Synchronous belt drive, PLC control system, touch screen adjustment, convenient, fast and accurate.
2.The swing style stitching head with the features of less power consumption, faster speed and high stability can effectively enhance the product quality.
3.One button control the gluing mode and stitching mode exchange, all adjustment controlled by electric motor.
(Optional) Tape pasting unit
The customer can select the tape pasting unit, this part will past the tape on the surface of stitching part to protect the carton from scraping.
(Optional) Carton turning unit
This part can turn the carton, to make the stitch part from middle to side.
Carton stacking unit
1.Picking up arms can do manual or automatic operation, with insurance institutions to protect the arm from suddenly falling down.
2.The stacking is automatically adjusted according the carton quantity.
Electrical control part
1.Use the touch screen to input various carton data, complete specification adjustment and order replacement, simple operation and reliable action.
2.Automatic counting and accurate output.
