 2. Main Features:

   a. Introduction:
    SL series full automatic corner pasting machine is controlled by PLC, operated by touch screen and driven by servo motor which can do four corner stitching at one time. It can be operated by only one person with the feature of easy order changing ( about 10 minutes, by only inputting data and simple adjustment of the machine related parts).  Twenty five thousand to thirty five thousand boxes per shift is an easy work for the machine. The machine is fit for a wider range of application, simple operation, fast and long life span. It is one of an ideal equipment for you, if you are doing rigid box production busyness.
    b. Key Features:
       1) Wide application range:Min size 320mmx360mmx100mm(SL 360 ) 40mmx50mmx10mm (SL 500).
       2) The machine has a special design for doing high box. It can do second corner pasting-no  worry about angle break of high boxes.
       3) The machine has special design for anti-EMI which makes machine work normally under strong EMI environment to make sure high efficiency production.

    a. Feeding Part 

1. ) We have two feeding type by feeder or by belt for client to decide.
2. ) Belt feeding conveyor adopts high anti-friction well know material which make sure long life span.

b. Pasting part 
Heating system adopt Germany brand PTC heater with the features of low power consumption(18w/p*4p) and faster heating up (five minutes). 

1. ) Liner guide and ball screw uses well-known brand to ensure long life span and high precision.

 
 
Air cylinder and magnetic valve uses Taiwan AIRTAC brand, with 9 years life length.
 
The length of tape can be adjusted on touch screen to input data with the features of convenient operation.

Machine adopts belt delivery and easy to collect.

Machine frame uses high quality steel and more than 80% mechanical parts are done by CNC lathe to ensure stable running.
