- Features
- The feeder in this machine adopts back-push feeding system, which is controlled pneumatically, and its structure is simple and reasonable.
- The width between stacker and feeding table is adjusted concentrically in the center. The operation is very easy without error.
- New designed copper scraper cooperates with the roller more compactly, effectively avoiding paper winding. And the copper scraper is more durable.
- The cardboard feeding table is controlled by linear guide line and servo motor, its location is correct and quick.
- In the cardboard feeding table, the machine can automatically stop when lack of paper to reduce reject rate.
- Transport belt is equipped with a powerful vacuum fan to keep the paper without any movement.

- Main Instruction
- Bottom paper board feeding
The machine adopts back-pushing method to feed paper board. The movements is controlled by the cylinder, with features of simple structure and low malfunction rate. Pneumatic element adopts the Japan cylinder with longer service life.
- Face paper feeding
Face paper side lay and delivering side lay can be adjusted in one step, it is more easy to operate. Ultrasonic detecting device can remove the double-sheet phenomenon effectively and make the machine stop moving in time.
New-type copper scraper can avoid the curling of face paper effectively.
Fluted feeding roller makes it possible to reduce the gluing area which can lower the rejection rate.
Glue tank and glue barrel are all adopt the double-deck structure, hot water can help to keep the temperature allowing the temperature can be controlled.
Temperature controller for hot melt glue and the displayer are installed on the control panel together, this can allow the worker knowing the change of temperature at any time.
- Paper board feeding unit
The back-pushing feeding method of the paper board is controlled by the servo motor with the features of high accuracy. Side lay can be adjusted through the help of motor, it is easy to operate.
- Pasting Unit
The double-color belt is driven by the servomotor, equipped with high-precision double color photoelectric, it is possible to detect the edge of face paper quickly. Two servo motors control the movement toward left and right making the pasting action more effectively. All the data can be in-putted on the control panel.
- Folding Unit
Slant spring installed on the folding part can adjust the pressure of conveying belt easily. The double-deck design can reduce the requirement on the space to a large extent.
- Locking Unit
Unique up and down double-deck locking structure can lock both the front and back part of the face paper, at the same time it can save the space greatly.
- Pressing corner unit
Photoelectric controls the cylinder to press the paper board comer. The double- deck structure can save the space.
- Other Configuration
Negative pressure detector can monitor the missing suction phenomenon effectively and make the machine stop working in time.
Each moving part is equipped with limited switch, this can avoid hurting and malfunction effectively.
