Working principle and characteristics
New Type of steam, water 4-stage separation multi-effect water distiller created by our company makes secondary steam pass through evaporator and preheater to conduct steam / water multi-stage separation, greatly improving and ensuring purity of injection water. It has been awarded " Practical New Type Patent Certificate" and " Invention patent certificate" issued by state intellectual property Bureau.
 

1. Distilled water bacterial endotoxin content <0.06 Eu/ml: One-time steam consumption rate of six-effect water distilled is 25% lower than existing other machine types; consumption rate for cooling water is zero, thus ensuring zero discharge.
2. All technical performance indexes surpass existing technical level at home and abroad. It is a kind of environment-friendly equipment which is energy-saving and emission reduction.
3. It prevents evaporator barrel body of existing other machine types from crazing, leaking and cross contaminating due to long-term cavitation effect caused by external spiral high-speed airflow, thus extending service lifetime.

Typical design characteristics and requirements

1. First-effect evaporator, preheater and condenser all adopt double-tube sheet structure so as to avoid cross contamination.
2. Inner surface touched by raw water pure steam, and injection water is to be treated with electrochemical polishing.
