LCZ series pure steam generator adopts purified water as feed water and utilizes industrial steam for heating. Pure steam generated by this series equipment is dry, saturated, sterile and contains no heat source, conforming to the stipulated requirements of China Pharmacopeia (2010 version). It is widely applied to the sterilization technological pipelines, vessels, apparatus in medical health, biology, pharmacy and food industry, and effectively avoid further pollution caused by impurities like heavy metal, heat source etc.
Working principle and characteristics
This series machines adopt tube falling/rising-film evaporation principle. Installation of silk screen and spiral vapour-liquid separator ensures high thermal efficiency, small area and simple safe operation.
- Single-effect evaporator, preheater and condensers all adopt double-tube sheet structure to prevent cross contamination.
- Inner surface touched by raw water, pure steam and injection water is to be treated with electrochemical polishing.
