   1. General Introduction:

TJ58-2 Automatic book packaging machine replaces the traditional manual packaging, improves the work efficiency and reduces the labor intensity. It provides a fast packaging solution for printing house.  
1.Features by Parts:    
  1.Feeding part

 

        1.The book convoying belt is controlled by the gear motor to ensure the stability of feeding.               2.Four lines balls blowing device avoid the bottom page of the book to be scraped, and the          separate air pump controls the blowing stability.

        3.Face paper conveying adopts flat sheet design with simple structure, feeding by front sucker.         4.The air slide valve adopts Taiwan Airtac with long life.
     2.Positioning Part

 

1. The two-channel conveying design makes it easy for book and paper to cross quickly and allows the book to be quickly positioned on the paper.
2. Face paper position is detected by two sensors accurately. Input the relevant data to the touch screen, the machine is adjusted intelligently.
3. Folding Part

1. The special running space design integrates with the mechanical action of positioning, two sides wrapping, up side forming, saving space and fast wrapping.   
2. Machine running linkage with back side lay, both side lay and push rod, the book completes side and up folding during the forwarder running, chains match rods turning keep movement uniformity and stability, wrapping more compact and artistic.
3. The push lay is controlled by SNS cylinder with stable working.
4. Up stick part

1. The upper sticking and tightening device, double rubber wheel running opposite, tighten up the paper and sticking at the same time.
2. The surface of the blade is coated with Teflon treatment to prevent surface viscose and prolong service life.

    3. Independent R&D, patented design sticking structure, can be completed in one second.

   
    5.Side sticking part

1. Folding channel with slope design guarantees up and down sheets folding accurately. The channel is made of stainless steel with long life and stability. Adjust by one button.
2. The belts adopts Taiwan Micro gear motor controls upper and lower belts operation.
3. The sticking tape can be kraft tape or plastic tape.     Label pasting.(optional)

1. Our company patent label pasting device, saving labor and makes labeling stable.

2. Suck feeding, pin type pressing and side blowing structure can avoid double paper effectively.
3. Using (107) universal water base gluer and the label thickness should be above 70 gsm, mechanical arm dipping glue, the gluing is accurate and it saves glue.
