1.Tips Of the Machine
1) High precision: The precision can be up to at ±0.075mm by fine adjustment. The machine can do the press copybook and other kinds of high precision products.
2) The platform is flat. The flatness precision can be controlled at 0.05mm. Basically, there is no need to use a pad when making a sticker. It takes only 12 minutes to change the sticker.
3) High speed: It can run 7500sheets per hour, and noise is under 75 decibels.
4) Taiwan brand feeder can run thin paper, laminated paper smoothly and stably. It reduces the downtime due to double pieces of paper or the paper not being in place.
5) The intermittent device is made in Taiwan with good stability and long service life.
6) The machine adopts Japanese electric appliance, SMC rotary joint, Italian pneumatic clutch and Siemens main motor.
7) The machine can equip with heating system, the PVC material feeding can select single type or overlap type to avoid scraping, one button order for this change makes the operation easy and convenient.
8) The machine equip with the blowing device in delivery unit, and the thin paper will be neatly collected.

3. Features of units
a. Feeding unit
1) Feeding head with special design ensures continuous feeding of sheets for different thickness and materials.
2) It's easy to operate adopting sheet-conveying frame which can be lifted up.
3) There are 4 front lay installed 4 approach switches which are used to check if the sheet reaches the right position, so the waste products are avoided, you can easily to adjust them through the knob outside the machine.
4)The left and right side lay are used, the position and press of side lay can be adjusted to fit for the side registering of sheet of different size and thickness.
5) Adjusting handwheel of lay is installed on both sides of feeding units, which is easy to locate pile.
6) The feeding pile can rise up automatically.
7) Up and down- limit switch are installed on inner side of wall frame, ensuring the pile can stop automatically at the highest or lowest location.
b.Die-cutting unit
1)Taiwan high-pressure oil pump uses strong pressure lubrication on the oil circuit to reduce the wear of the machine parts.
2) The advanced transmission mechanism achieves high-speed die-cutting, high-precision swinging platform to improve the speed of the pad.
3)The pneumatic lock plate device is fixed and time saving. The gripper bar chain is imported from Germany to ensure long life and stable die cutting accuracy.
4) the American-style intermittent mechanism is the main transmission component of the die-cutting machine, which can improve the die-cutting speed, die-cutting precision and reduce equipment noise.
5)Imported Italy brand pneumatic brake clutch, and Japanese SMC rotary joint, in line with European standards, with features of rapid respond, strong force, long life and low noise.
c. Delivering unit
1) Automatic aligning function make the sheet delivery tidy and neat..
2) Easy for sample take out, the operator can check the sample at any time.
d. Electrical unit
1)The electronic control system adopts Japanese Omron brand PLC and computer automatic control, Taiwan WEILUN touch screen, France Schneider and other international brand products, from paper feeding, paper conveying to die cutting, delivering, automatic detection and control, the Delta brand inverter, Taiwan CPG gear motor, Germany's Siemens 7.5KW main motor can save 1/3 of your company's electricity bill.
2) Man-machine interface display system, can rotate 180 degrees, easy to operate, display various working conditions, point out the location of the fault and propose solutions.
3) Equipped with a variety of safety protection devices, sound and light alarms in the event of a failure, and automatic shutdown to ensure human safety.
e. Special features
1) Worm gear and worm shaft
The worm gear is made of special material alloy copper, special material + thick design. It is manually scraped by experienced engineers to ensure the high-precision and wear-resistance of worm gear and worm shaft, and prolong the service life of the machine.
The material for the worm shaft is international 40CR steel, and after quenching, it enters the worm grinding process to ensure high precision.
2 ) Intermittent mechanism
The box material is high-strength ductile iron HT350. The cam is made of Gcr15 which is ground by special cam grinding machine with high precision, low noise and long service life. The output shaft adopts integral machining to ensure the accuracy of transmission. At the same time, the error in the radial run-out, axial run-out of input shaft and output shaft, and between output shaft and mounting surface are effectively controlled within the factory standard.
3) Quality control System
All the electrical parts are designed and assembled according to the European CE standard. The making and assembling is done under the control of ISO900.
4) Special designed feeder
