2. Machine Instruction

The stamping and die cutting machine is able to process sheet and paperboard and perform stamping, die- cutting, creasing, and hot and cold embossing for paper boxes, corrugate and paper trade marker, an ideal machine for packaging and decoration. With high technology, the automatic process of sheet-feeding, die-cutting, stamping to delivery is achieved. The die-cutting uses the interface, showing the working speed, number of sheet processed, the general running time and the working conditions, and conducting the dynamic monitor on the input spots and output spots in programmable controller and other various troubles, which contributes to easy trouble shooting and operation. The main motor is controlled by transducer, thus achieving stepless speed regulation and smooth operation.
Stamping is computer- controlled, with data-entering by touch screen, and this realizes optimizing programming, with less foil. The 3 heating zones have their separate temperature setting and are in constant temperature. The machines are equipped with many sensors and safety devices, which makes possible normal operation by machines and safe running by operators.
 

3. Features of the machine

1) Longitudinal foil stamping devices are equipped which make foil stamping process more reasonable.

2) The Longitudinal foil-delivering unit can be pulled out when you install the foil,convenient for operation.

3) One piece of aluminium foil pressing roll make the operation easy and fast.

4) Cooling device for lubricating oil is added which reduces the wear of parts when they are heated,ensures the constant pressure of die-cutting and foil stamping.

4. Main part

a. Feeding Unit

1) Special designed feeder does not need too much for the sheet. The minimum sheet can be 320*210mm.

2) Using high strength gripper bar, advanced gripper opening mechanism, which is suitable for various paper board. The front and back registration device and side lay ensure the die-cutting precision.

b. Conveying Unit

1) Conveying unit adopts stainless steel plate preventing rusting, it can delivery paper steady and easy to reach the designated position.

2) In order to apply different paper, paper positioning adopts two kinds of devices: push and pull, which is very convenient to convert.

c. Die-cutting and Stamping Unit

 

1) Taiwan made high pressure oil pump, lubricate the oil path by high pressure, which prevent the machine part from wear and tear.

2) Pneumatic chase locking device ensures firmly locking and time saving. German made chain used for gripper bar ensures long service life and stable die-cutting precision.

3) Die-cutting pressure can be adjusted separately at front and rear side, manual driving device is easy to operate and labor saving.

4) Three heating zones (six pieces heating plate) have their separate temperature setting.

d. Driving and Transmission Unit

 

1) The main transmission uses worm gear pair and special designed crank shaft connecting rod mechanism, connecting with bearing bush with less moving gap, which prevents the worm gear pair from impacting. Thus ensures smooth running and large die-cutting pressure even at high point. The worm is made of aluminium bronze, wear resistant and with long service life.

2) The machine adopts advanced unique cam indexing device, pressure adjusting device, pneumatic chase-locking device, high-precision chain for driving and pneumatic clutch.

3) The Italy made pneumatic brake and clutch as well as Japan made SMC rotary joint confirms to the European standard with rapid separation and reunion, large force, long service life and low noise.

e. Touch control system

 

1) Touch screen can rotate for 180 degree, which is easy to operate. It displays various working conditions and the location of the troubles and solution.

2) The operator only need to input the stamping parameter data through the touch screen, the servo motor will calculate and operate automatically.

3) PLC and removable touch screen display the working speed, amount of processing sheet and total running time of the machine, especially the display of trouble facilitates the troubleshooting. Therefore, the automation of feeding, die-cutting to delivery is achieved. The dynamically monitoring cooperating with safety devices enables easy operation.

f. Delivery unit

 

 

1) Automatic delivery and stacker ensures easy and tidy delivery. It is equipped with special delivery device for smaller size of sheets

2) The sampling device is convenient for checking sheet number.

 g. Electric control unit  

1. The electric part used are all world-wide available brand, for example, PLC for automatic control is made in OMRON, Japan, Touch screen is made in WEILUN, Taiwan. The machine is automatically detected and controlled from feeding, sheet transferring, die-cutting, to delivery. The Delta frequency converter, CPG (Taiwan) reducer, Siemens (Germany) main motor (7.5kw) will save one third electric charge for your company.
2. Equipped with safety devices, when trouble occurs, they will give an alarm and make the machine stop to ensure safety both to operator and machine.
