JDB-PZ-1300 Automatic Bundling Machine -- Smart Type

Introduction

JDB-PZ-1300 automatic bundling machine smart type is the last process of carton packing, it can be connected with automatic folder gluer to bundle the paper pile automatically. This machine can save labor and increase production yield effectively.

Main Features

2.High automation: Machine detects the pile width and height and adjust  automatically. Saving manpower and increasing production yield.

3.High safety standard: The rope arm will be disengaged and come back to its start position when resistance is detected. The pusher will stop the machine if resistance is found.

1.Digital adjustment via touch screen easy to operate and understand.

2.Machine is equipped with automatic oil supply system which can lubricate the machine in time. Each input and output of electrical appliance is connected with monitoring points in touch screen to facilitate machine's maintenance.

3.Machine adopts integrated frame structure, with features of good rigidity, compact structure, easy operation and high production efficiency, the maximum bundling speed can be up to 20 packages per minute.

5.Machine adopts PLC programmable controller, servo motor and touch screen control, it can achieve intelligent identifying of the subject size and control the bundling force moment, it will adjust each part to correct position through installed system.
