3. Main Features:
1) Suit to stitch both single and double pieces normal carton box, irregular carton box and non-cover carton box.
2) Carton size is electric controlled, 1-2 minutes is need when change the order.

4. Features by parts
a. Conveying device
It is combined with up and down- four conveying rollers, feeding belts, back flap adjusting device and driving device.
b. Stitching head device
1) Puncher part and forming block adopts import die steel from Germany with degassing process and long service life .In running situation, the precision could achieve 0.001mm.
2) Bottom die is made of tungsten steel imported form Germany.
3) Stitching wire feeding wheel is made of imported ball bearing steel with more than 2 years service life.
4) The stitching head body is formed in one time from imported steel, easy to maintain and low failure rate.
c. Electronic control system
1) The man-machine touch screen can realize stitching distance setting, order cancel and malfunction detecting automatically
2) Mitsubishi PLC controller ensure a stable running state.
3) Four sets servo motor supplied by YASKAWA control broad move advance and top. Make the stitching distance even and accurate.
4) Feeding servo motor is 1.8KW, not easy to have emergency stop caused by high temperature on it.
5) High stability control system suit to export.
6) Single and double piece stitching state can be exchange in one step.
d. Stitching wire feeding device
1) Double feeding device, 2.5KG and 20KG can be choose freely.
2) 20KG feeding device suits to auto feeding, you can set the feeding time, when the stitching wire is shorted it can feed automatically. Thus you can saving changing time and labour force, improve the product efficiency.
e. Auto counting device
The sensor could counting for the quantity of producing number and setting conveying pile .
