   1. Machine Introduce

The machine adopts servo transmitting with the features of quick response and accurate control. It can realize a non-stop running a speed of 10000 sheets/hour with 7 mm thickness of 5 ply paper sheet.

1. Accelerating unit :This main function of this part is to separate the sheets from the conveyor by accelerating the conveying speed so that it can go to the flip-flop easily. 

1. Unique turning structure of this machine can shorten the turning time, ensuring the stable running at high speed.  

1. Aligning device together with the main and vice collecting system makes the machine run without stopping when pile is delivered out. It not only ensures a neat sheet pile but also improves the production efficiency greatly.

1. Parts Introduction:

1. Conveying Belts

1. The sheet send to the non-slip belt of the flip-flop machine, and aligning by side lay. The pressing wheel speed is faster than the belts, it can help the sheets to the separated device easily.
2. When change the size of conveying unit, the belts can be moved automatically.

 

1. Stacking Unit

1. The width adjustment of side lay is coincident with the conveying unit, make the order change easy and fast.
2. Adjustable photoelectric and reflect mirror is convenient to stacking height adjusting.

1. Flip-flop Unit

1. Servo motor control the reversing function, it can increase the total speed of the machine.
2. The sheet pushing device is driven by servo motor, so its speed is curvilinear to protect the sheet pile from damaging.

 

1. Delivery Unit

 

1. It is equipped with special vice delivery structure which uses lifting chains and rollers to move forward and backward,to realize non-stop collecting.
2. Pneumatic cylinder aligning the four sides of the sheet pile to make the collection tidy.

 

1. Pallet Loading

1. Pre-load the sheet pile pallet to achieve non-stop working.
