Features Of the Machine

   The feeding parts is consists of feeding platform, manipulator and dust removal.
    The platform can be adjust with left and right, front and back according to the material size.
   Sheets feeding adopts advanced sucking feeder, with the help of high pressure vacuum pump it can feed the sheet efficiently.
   It equipped with air blowing from side way and brush ensure the sheet feeding one by one without double pieces and easy operation.

   The machine is equipped with 20 inch high resolution liquid monitor which can provides clear and bright images and effectively alleviates the visual fatigue of operating workers.  
   The machine adopts 70xCCD camera with 650-line color high-definition which provide the clear images, highly improve the precision of the plate.

   Using imported valve, guide rail and buffer. The solenoid valve has the characteristics of more stable airflow control, making the print head move more smoothly and fast driving buffer without vibration, to avoid the phenomenon unstable movement.
   Cylinder left and right route is up to 650 mm with the features of fast running speed and stable performance.
   Left and right route can be adjusted, and the route is controlled by photoelectric switch limit.
   Machine equipped with air suction steel table, which suitable for glass lenses, PVC sheet paper film and other light and thin products, ensure that the printing product in the printing process is not biased and achieve precise printing effect.
   The machine body adopts the design of aggravation and ergonomics which makes the running more stably and operation more conveniently.
   The print head movements is equipped with hydraulic buffer to reduce printing vibration and improve stability.
   The angle of the ink return knife/scraper can be adjusted.
   It is uses scraper constant pressure device to ensure stable pressure during printing.
