Features Of The Machine
Brief Introduction:
XLHX-1100/1450AC series Automatic Folder Gluer Machine is mainly used for the production of milk box, toy box, wine box and various kinds of printed box.
Key Points:
1.The driving adopts imported round type tooth belt with the feature of accuracy and low noise.
2.High speed - 200 meters per minute with stable and accurate folding.
Features by Parts:
Feeding Unit:
1.Equipped with imported well known brand, automatic and continuously paper feeding, Adopt stepless transmission to regulate paper delivering distance.
2.Independent feeding belt adjustment device, easy and convenient to adjust the position of the belts.
3.Vibrating motor device ensures accurate continuous feeding.
4.The front and sides guide plates can be adjusted up and down, reduce adjusting time.
Side Lay
Equipped with self-correcting system,askew phenomenon adjusting with accurate feeding.
Pre-folding(Optional)
Folding part is equipped with pre-folding device, which can do first line 180°pre-folding and third line 90° pre-folding( this is optional part)
Crash Lock Bottom1.The whole locker devices are equipped on fixed support, reduce machine adjusting and order changing time.
2.The locking speed is 60-300 pieces per minute, stable and reliable.
3.The up glue tank can be adjusted in up and down, left and right direction--accurate and independent, ensuring the glue quality.
Grinder at Lower Gluing mechanism is optional. Sander plasma and glue gun system can be mounted based on customer requirement.
4&6 Corner Servo Motor(Optional):
Reverse folding section is equipped with lock bottom device, together with high-power servo motor can hook for 4 corner or 6 corner box(this servo motor system is optional).

Gluing Part:
1.The standard width of down-glue tube part glue wheel is 8mm,Down-glue method (Remarks:Glue wheel is 8MM,12MM,15MM,20MM) which is optional to the client.
2.The standard width of up-glue wheel is 8MM(The optional width for up-glue wheel is 12mm).
3.Glue Tank can be adjusted left and right based on box type.
4.The glue volume can be adjusted with even glue supply. The high capacity,easy to maintain.
5.The tank uses fine copper-corrosion resistant and caters to a large variety of glue.
Folding section:
1.The folding section adopts wider imported folding belts which can ensure precise adjustment for the right and left folding belts and various angles of guide rollers featuring for in high stability and catering to the needs of different size and different material of cartons.
2.Both sides of this unit are equipped with imported well-known step-less speed regulator which can effectively regulate the differential speed of up and down belts and eliminate fish tail phenomena that happened during the folding of the cartons (boxes). The 90°folding device makes you no worry for the deviation of the belts when doing thick carton board.
Pre-pressing Section:
1.Upper/lower drive mechanism to adjust length; Equipped with automatic belt tension-adjusting system.
2.Adopts continuous and automatic box collecting mechanism to ensure boxes enter the Conveyer section neat and well aligned.
3.Equipped with electronic counter.
4.Pressure rollers can be adjusted depending on box types and paper quality to achieve flawless box creasing.
Conveying Section:
1.There is a flapping device between the pre-pressing part and conveying and pressing part ( Option device for 1100 model and standard device for 1450 model). This device can do second correction to eliminate the fish tail phenomena.
2.A counter-kicker is equipped with this part to mark the number of the pile to facilitate the operator's pile number counting at the delivery part. The number to be kicked is set in the man-machine interface.
3.The conveying and pressing belt adopts driving transmission and pneumatic pressing mode. The pressure can be adjusted according to the needs or thickness of the box through pressure regulator. There are sponge stripe on the upper conveying belt to make extra pressure to the gluing part to make the gluing stronger.
Electric Section:
Scientific and reasonable mechanical structure combined with reliable quality of imported electric automatic control give you a trouble-free operation.
Other Optional Parts:
Plasma Device(optional):
It will do surface treatment before gluing at the glue part. After plasma treatment, The gluing will be more strong and it will save glue and cost.
Glue Gun system(optional) It can precisely spray glue on the gluing part and give a good control of the spraying volume-- efficient, flexible, stable and easy to maintain. (It is commonly used in four six corner and alien box, the standard is 3 glue guns.)
